What a lovely newsletter…filled with all the richness of the life you have created for yourself. ♥️
I feel lonely from time to time & when I do my first action is to get out in nature & sometimes I will take myself to one of my favourite cafes. This always helps. ♥️
Great newsletter, thank you ❤️ I enjoy being out in nature even if its just the local park when I'm feeling lonely. Or taking myself to the cinema or for lunch. I ask myself what I want in that moment xx
Thank you for your warming words Becky – like a hug in a Substack! I have been headachey and tired today, so headed to the trees to connect and feel their calming and lifting presence. x
A lovely read Becky thank you. I can feel lonely when I can't get out and connect with nature or my human friends and family, like in the dark wet winter months. Also when I forget the Love that I am. Random acts of connection include talking to my plants about how gorgeous they are and leaving notes and gifts hidden in the woods for my grandsons to find. xx
